Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling
I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total.
No-Shows - Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Your deposit will also be forfeited if you no show.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and a late fee may apply. Clients who are 15+ minutes late are considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly.
